Description : the ultimate symmetry?

this really demonstrates how short the tonality range on a +2 pushed film. add that to the fact my scanner gets hella noisy in the dark, and you get a noisy low-contrast print like this.

I printed this on (polycontrast) grade 2 paper as a demonstration of the contrast range to be expected by pushing 125PX to EI 1000. this probably would been fine with an extra stop, although I could probably get better results printing on a higher grade paper with a steeper characteristic curve. live and learn, I guess.
